When traveling to Puerto Princess City it is important to secure the following Information:
1.Secure your Travel Coordination or Travel Permit to Incident Management Team of Puerto Princesa by sending them a Request Letter to Travel indicating your purpose.

The Incident Management Team will not allow you to travel even if you an airline ticket unless your travel is well-coordinated, is approved by them. You will receive a procedure ofdocuments you need to secure once your travel was approved.

We encourage our travel Partner to secure your travel permit one week before your travel date.

2.Our van transfer is now under other charges wherein we charge an amount of Php 300.00 – 400.00 per way depending on the availability in our tie-up van provider.
If guests want to avail the van transfer service kindly email us your flight details to confirm your van booking at least 2 days prior to guest’s arrival.
Aside from securing your travel permit, it is also important to secure a van transfer because we have to process the airport gate pass at At least 1 to 2days prior to your arrival, the CAAP will not allow any vehicle to enter the airport without an airport gate pass to pick up a guest event if they have booking voucher from the hotel. Thus, confirming your van booking ahead of time is highly recommended.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
