- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trainedpotty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on ANY FURNITURE
- Leaving your dog unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dogs and agree to pay additional amounts shall this occur
- If excessive pet noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors you must quiet the situation or $55 per day fine.
